• What format are the videos in?

  Flash - 1024x768 or 640x480 for low bandwidth users.

   

• Can I download the videos to my hard drive to watch later?

  No.  However, this may change at a later date if I can find a DRM solution that doesn't cost a fortune.

   

• I'm a losing poker player, will this course make me a winner?

Yes and No, it all depends on how well your overall poker skills are to be perfectly honest. The course will show you how to find your leaks along with showing you how to use HUD stats to prey on your opponents. It's really up to you on how much you get out of it. Bottom Line: the videos are designed to show beginners to experts how to use Holdem Manager effectively.

 

• The videos don’t work?

  Install the latest flash player here.  Try a different internet browser if that doesn't work..

   

• I paid through site transfer, but still don’t have access?

  It takes up to 24 hours to process payments, 95% of the time you will have access within 12 hours.  Make sure you sent your screen name on the site in an email to sales@hemtraining.com

   

  1. I paid with Paypal, but I never got my user name and password?

  Paypal occasionally has issues with their IPN (Instant Payment Notification) system. Send an email to sales@hemtraining.com with your Paypal payment details and you'll have access shortly.

   

  1. I don't have access to the members area anymore, why?

  Your account will be automatically banned if you share you user name and password with other people. If you want your account unlocked, send an email to sales@hemtraining.com and explain your situation in detail. HMT reserves the right to keep the offending account banned indefinitely.

   

• I want to sign up for a 1 hour training session, but I've already bought the basic package, how do I do this?

Log into your account here and you'll see a $99 1 hour training package listed. Select that package and pay for it. Once payment has been made, email sales@hemtraining.com with your payment details and we'll setup a time for the 1-on-1 training session.
